Formed in late 2022 in Barcelona, Netón brings a sound they define as “Barbaric Metal” — a furious blend of Death, Black, and Thrash Metal delivered at relentless speed with no concessions.

Their music is a declaration of what they believe extreme metal should be: raw, unpolished, and straight to the jugular, with fast and aggressive rhythms. Lyrically, Netón draws inspiration from the pre-Roman history of the Iberian Peninsula, narrating tales of barbarian resistance against imperial repression and the myths of ancient Iberia.

After several lineup changes, the band solidified with Simone on drums, Jose on guitar, and Tagotis on vocals. Their discography includes the demo *“Tierra Quemada”* and three EPs (*“Teutoburgo”*, *“Nvmantiae”*, and *“La Venganza de Boudica”*). Their debut full-length album is set for release in early 2026 through a major label yet to be revealed.

Despite their short existence, Netón has already played major festivals like Fortalesa Open Air and shared stages with icons such as ABSU, SARCÓFAGO, SACRAMENTUM, NECROPHOBIC, SADISTIC INTENT, PURTENANCE, and ABHORRATION, earning critical acclaim and a growing fanbase.
